JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Lead end-to-end execution of B2B market research projects, including requirement understanding, research design, execution, analysis, and final delivery
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis across industries to assess market dynamics and growth opportunities
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative research, with a strong focus on market sizing methodologies (top-down and bottom-up)
  • Develop and execute research plans, including questionnaire design, sampling approach, and fieldwork coordination
  • Analyze large datasets, interpret market trends, and translate findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Prepare high-quality client deliverables including reports, presentations, and market assessment summaries
  • Ensure accuracy, quality control, and validation of research outputs in line with internal standards and client expectations
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate with stakeholders for seamless project execution
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring productivity, capability development, and quality of deliverables 
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Strong expertise in B2B market research, including primary and secondary research methodologies
  • In-depth knowledge of market sizing techniques (top-down and bottom-up), including revenue, volume, and pricing analysis
  • Experience in qualitative and quantitative research design, including questionnaire development and execution planning
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as MS Excel, SPSS, Survey Reporter, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with secondary research sources such as Bloomberg, FactSet, Crunchbase, and Statista
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey insights effectively to clients
  • Proven ability to manage teams, mentor analysts, and ensure high-quality outputs
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities 
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B market research, business research, or consulting environments
  • Strong exposure to primary and secondary research methodologies within B2B domains
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end research projects, from proposal support to final delivery
  • Hands-on experience working on client-facing engagements and interacting with stakeholders
  • Experience managing and mentoring teams, with a focus on quality control and delivery excellence
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of data visualisation tools is an added advantage
  • Experience working with global clients across industries is preferred

  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, including workforce planning, job posting, sourcing, interviewing and hiring while meeting business targets in collaboration with department heads
  • Drive recruitment strategy and process improvements, including optimizing hiring workflows, tracking recruitment metrics, and enhancing overall hiring effectiveness
  • Oversee the complete employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, and final settlements
  • Ensure accurate HR operations, including HRIS management, payroll inputs, benefits administration, and leave & attendance tracking in coordination with Finance
  • Support and manage performance management processes including appraisals, promotions, increments, and employee development planning

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent specialization (mandatory/preferred).
  • Hands-on experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation
  • Prior exposure to managing HR processes independently and supporting business stakeholders
  • Experience in handling audits, compliance requirements, and internal HR reporting will be an added advantage
