  • Successfully end-to-end execution of research projects, in different design/analysis stages including coordination with data team & field team.
  • Leading experience in project execution of following study types:
    Brand Track studies, Usage and Attitude, Pricing, Consumer Behaviour and Perception, Segmentation, Need-Gap Analysis, concept testing, Central Location Tests (car clinics, taste sampling etc.), Retail Audits, Mystery shopping, Initial Buyer Surveys (IBS), Ethnography, Market Landscaping, Consumer Purchase Journey.
  • Design of questionnaires/discussion guides to plan and execute primary & secondary market research projects, to meet the specific client objectives.
  • Contribute to research design proposals for Qualitative (in-depth interviews, Group Discussions – FGD, MGD, Dyads, Triads, Diary Studies, Ethnography) & Quantitative studies (CAPI, CAWI, CATI, Observations).
  • Synthesis and communication of primary research findings into actionable insights according to the client’s objectives in a report format.
  • Demonstration of data understanding in quantitative & qualitative studies – data checking, excel and other data analysis software, content analysis, data visualization, top-line & final report, PowerPoint presentation.
  • Work in a research team that will undertake primary market research assignments for multiple clients across different sectors like FMCG, Media, Consumer Durables, Healthcare, Automobile, BFSI etc.
  • Prior experience in handling primary research and mainly projects in quantitative research.
