Shivani Shukla is a Director - Global Sales and Consulting at Novus Insights. She has a wide array of specializations, including Consulting, Sales, Marketing, and Corporate Strategy. With over 18 years of experience in the research industry, she holds an MBA with dual specialization in International Business & Marketing and is also a Certified Sales Leadership Professional (CSLP). Before joining us, she worked with clients across various industrial sectors, such as BFSI, Retail, IT & Telecom, and Healthcare and Life Science.

Suzanna brings 20 years of diverse experience and proven success in market research, customer experience, business strategy and consulting. Her ability to problem solve for clients and collaborate across the globe, enables Novus Insights to provide clients with the best solutions for complex business challenges. Her background in the automotive, mobility, manufacturing, fintech and retail sectors will add another layer of expertise to the company. Suzanna is a holder of BA, BSs, MBA and numerous Certifications from Harvard University and Chartered Management Institute. Prior to joining Novus Insights, Suzanna has held leadership positions at YouGov, Maritz Research and Morpace.

Ashima Prashar is a Principal Consultant - Healthcare at Novus Insights. She is graduated in physiotherapy and holds a management degree in healthcare research from one of the premier institutes (IIHMR, Jaipur).with over 14 years of experience in the healthcare and life sciences industry. She has worked with corporate hospitals and research organizations in operations, quality, quantitative and qualitative research. Before joining Novus Insights, she was heading healthcare research vertical at HBG Knowledge.

Piyush Kumar has over 12 years of experience as a market researcher and consultant, giving him considerable knowledge of the planning, implementation, and management of both primary and secondary studies. Piyush has conducted research on themes such as brand monitoring, customer experience, net promoter score, market intelligence & segmentation, pricing, and more for a variety of customers across numerous sectors. His ability to interact with clients, generate ideas, manage people, and make quick choices are Piyush's biggest assets. He holds a PGDM in marketing and an engineering degree in Computer Science. 

Geraint Sim brings 9 years of experience in various industries and have proven success in business strategy and consultative selling. He specializes in FMCG, Hospitality & Tourism, Healthcare and Industrials with a deep focus in APAC and China. He holds a double major from Murdoch University one in International Business and the other in Marketing. Prior to joining Novus Insights, Geraint has worked with Fortune 500 clients and was voted top sales and top 30 sales manager in his previous employments by the senior management team.

Avanish brings 12 years of strong expertise to help tap into Global markets contributing towards strategic initiatives involving New market entry, New customer acquisition, Pipeline management, and Account penetration for Novus insights.
As an Associate Director-Business development of Novus Insights, Avanish is a trusted and consultative sales leader. He has multi-cultural and multi-industry experience across international markets - Semiconductors, Manufacturing, Heavy Machinery, Oil & Gas, Power, and Energy covering techno-commercial business research projects. He has diverse experience in leading, influencing, and supporting business strategies, growth, and outcomes.
